Keeping you safe during COVID-19

For safety of guests, guides and the general public, and in compliance with national guidelines on controlling the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented the following measures to all tours:

    -
Walking tours are now conducted as private tours; guests from different bookings will not share tours.

    -
Each booking is limited to a maximum of four people who are travelling together. Large groups can book multiple tours (Tours are separated by 1 hour intervals).

    -
Tour start times have been increased to every hour from 9:00am to 2:00pm (6 start times per day, per city).

    -
Temperature checks are done by guides, for all guests, on arrival. We will unfortunately not be able to admit any guest with a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, anyone showing symptoms of fever, flu or cough.

    -
Guides are happy to share their jelly hand-sanitizer with guests, but guests may carry their own sanitizer.

    -
The government of Uganda has mandated the use of facemasks in public.

    -
Guests are required to bring their own face masks.

    -
Entry at some venues e.g. markets, Gadhafi Mosque will be subject to the COVID-19 Control measures in force at those venues.
